3. Any portage at airports and hotels, tip, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, guide charges, boating charges, entrance fees and all items of personal nature.

• 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
• Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
• Check In / Checkout time at all the properties would be as per the hotel.
• All the above-mentioned rates are per person rates. # Rooms holding shall be for a period of 24 hours only.
• The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only.
• Any amendment in the booking Rs.500 Per Person is chargeable as communication charges.
• All disputes are subject to Haridwar Jurisdiction.
Normal Cancellation Policy:-
• Prior to 45 days or more - 10% of the tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 25% of tour cost # Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 14 days and 7 prior to the date of departure - 75% # Between 6 days and In case of no show - 100%
